My daughter is a teenager. I find she has trouble expressing herself, either because she is unwilling or unable to do so, to express to her parents. This causes frustration, anger, anxiety. Cuddling Reiki Teddy helps her to feel not so detached from the physical world as teenagers hate cuddles from parents, but she has cuddles from her Teddy.
