TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. I promise to always work from my heart centre, in pure love, light, peace, grace and forgiveness.

2. I promise to always work with my angels, guides and loved ones, through which I am blessed to be able to channel their wisdom, teaching, guidance, knowledge, and love.

3. Reiki Teddy & family products must be paid in full, including postage and packaging prior to despatch. If payment is not received, Reiki Teddy and family products will not be despatched.

4. Reiki Teddy and family products can be reserved per request. These items will be on hold for 48 hours. If payment is not received within 48 hours the items will be returned to stock.

5. Return of Reiki Teddy and family products due to a faulty condition or damaged IN TRANSIT will receive a refund. Notification of a faulty or damaged item must be made within 48 hours of receipt. The product will need to be returned to Julie Sian King / Reiki Teddy. The refund will include the costs of your returned postage costs. When Julie Sian King / Reiki Teddy has received the damaged item, the refund will be made. The faulty or damaged item must be returned and received to Julie Sian King / Reiki Teddy within 2 weeks of notification of a problem.

6. Cancellation of an order for Reiki Teddy or Reiki Teddy family member, following receipt of payment, but prior to despatch, a refund of monies paid will be given, less an administration charge of £5.

7. All services which are offered must be paid in full prior to commencement of any readings, healing, meditations, mentoring, coaching, teachings, advice, guidance sessions, or any other services, 48 hours prior to appointment.

8. The cancellation policy for any readings, healing, meditations, mentoring, coaching, advice, guidance appointments, or any other services is: 48 hours’ notice must be given in writing via text, message, email. Any money that had been paid, prior to booking, will be refunded less an administration charge of £5. If you cancel the appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, and choose not to reschedule, no refund will be given. 

9. If cancellation is due to illness, and an appointment request for rescheduling is not made, and less than 48 hours’ notice is given, prior to a refund of any monies paid, less an administration charge of £5, can be refunded, a medical note must be produced to confirm the illness. No medical note, no refund.  

10. The rescheduling policy for any readings, healing, meditations, coaching, advice, and guidance appointments is: 48 hours’ notice must be given in writing via text, message, email. The rescheduled appointment must take place within two weeks of the original appointment. However, if less than 48 hours’ notice is not given, there will be an administration charge of £5 to cover the cost of rescheduling.

11. If you have booked and paid for a reading, healing, meditation, mentoring, coaching, or an advice and guidance appointment, or any other booking, but fail to attend the appointment, with no notification, or a notification of less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, no refund will be given.

12. If anyone requires mentoring, coaching, advice, and guidance, I am happy to discuss this in a 10-minute consultation – free of charge. Any consultation session that extends that extended 10-minute period will be classed as a mentoring, coaching, advice, and guidance session. A fee will be applied. An opportunity will then be offered to turn the session into a full session, fees will apply.

13. Please note, readings are for entertainment purposes only. All clients must be over 18 years old. I am unable to give information on financial, legal, medical or pregnancy – you must seek professional advice from a financial adviser, a lawyer, a doctor, or obstetrician.

14. All terms and conditions are subject to the discretion of Julie Sian King.
